My approach has been cultivated out of 20 years of personal leadership experience in the insurance field, leading-edge methodologies, world class training through the Jack Welch MBA Program, GAMA, and KBI, and extensive mentorship under gurus in the U.S. insurance industry. I am a Certified GAMA Trainer, a Certified LIMRA Master Trainer, and a Certified KBI Trainer.

My approach is value driven and a central part of my work is identifying and cultivating the values that drive my clients. I am certain that establishing companywide core values is one of the core factors in creating a productive, healthy, profitable company culture.
